As a follow up to their introductory session “Losing the Labels, Lose the Weight & Rise” conducted at FEW Career Strategies Seminar (CSS) “Women Rising” earlier this year, we’re excited to welcome back this dynamic duo of FEW Strategic Partners, Sarah Furuya and Divya Marie Kato, for a more in-depth look at how you can process your story, lose the weight of past experiences and rise up to be your best self.
During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to use your imagination as well as learn from and connect with others in a unique way through methods to process experiences, guided drawing activities and networking exercises. This workshop is open to everyone, so even in you didn’t attend CSS, be sure to register today!
Divya Marie Kato
Dedicated to peeling off labels: “Who are you without your name, your job title, your accomplishments and qualifications? And are you happy being that?”, Divya is an artist sharing a way to process experiences and spark discoveries, through something we all did as kids. Stuck, stressed or seeking, there are benefits for all of us. Divya specialises in drawing. But not the kind you learned in school. Take the label “drawing” off. Take the labels “good” and “bad” off. Take the label “art” off. Less how. More why. Creator of the online course, Drawing. Done Differently, author of the forthcoming book, When in doubt, draw and teacher of classes at Afrika Rose, Hiroo. One half of the Clever Rebel Mastermind, with coach, Sarah Furuya. Together they host Rise Workshops and Rise Retreats, combining drawing and deep work, to focus on one thing: being yourself. She brings creativity to support the board in delivering diverse and inspiring events that fulfill FEW’s mission: empowering women, personally and professionally.
